Ingredients
1 lb Ground Round
4 C cooked rigatoni
(2 C uncooked pasta)
1 (26 oz.) Bottle pasta sauce
1 1/2 C (6 oz) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
Cooking spray
1/4 C (1 oz) shredded parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350
Cook beef in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbled, Drain. Combine beef, rigatoni, pasta sauce, and 1 cup mozzarella cheese
Spoon into 11 X 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray: top with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
