Ingredients
8 oz uncooked macaroni
1 sm onion(s) chopped
1/2 C - FF skim milk
1 T flour
1 T butter
10 1/2 oz cheddar cheese soup
4 oz Kraft Velveeta Light RF Cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Cook macaroni and drain. In saucepan melt butter add chopped onion saute until soft. Add flour and mix, Add milk, mix well, Add cheese soup and Velveeta stir until melted and well blended. Season with salt and pepper, add macaroni, Mix well and pour into a casserole dish sprayed with PAM.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
