Crockpot Meatballs & Spaghetti Sauce

    Servings: 8 / Units per serving=3


    Ingredients

      28 oz can tomato puree
      25 oz can tomato sauce
      8 oz can mushrooms
      1 med onion
      2 cloves garlic, minced
      1/2 tsp dried oregano
      1/4 tsp dried basil
      1 tsp salt
      1 tsp sugar
      1 lb 95% lean ground beef
      1/4 C plain bread crumbs
      1/4 C Egg Substitute


    In crockpot combine tomato puree, sauce, mushrooms, onion, garlic, oregano, basil, salt and sugar mix well..

    Combine beef, bread crumbs and egg substitute. Shape into 8 large meatballs, Place in crockpot with sauce.

    Cook on low 5-8 hrs. Serve over spaghetti.
