Shrimp Shell Salad

    Serving size: 1 cup / Units per serving=4


    Ingredients

      1 C- FF mayo
      1/2 C cocktail sauce
      1 tsp horseradish
      1/2 tsp tarragon(dried)
      1/2 tsp basil(dried)
      1/4 tsp celery seed
      1/8 tsp pepper
      2 hard boiled eggs
      2 C cooked sm shell pasta
      2 C sm cook shrimp
      3 celery ribs


    Cook pasta according to directions. Cook eggs and allow to cool..

    Dressing:

    Whisk first 7 ingredients: cover and refrigerate.

    Chop eggs, combine shrimp, pasta, celery and eggs, add dressing, toss to coat.
