Spanish Rice

    Ingredients

      1/2 C chopped onion
      2 C chunk salsa
      1/8 tsp black pepper
      2 C cooked rice
      1 C shredded RF cheddar cheese


    Preheat oven to 350, spray skillet with cooking spray and cook onions.. Cook rice.

    Mix all ingredients spoon into baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

    Bake for 15 minutes.
