Honey-Orange Vinaigrette

    Ingredients

      2 tablespoons cider vinegar
      2 tablespoons unsweetened orange juice (I just used regular OJ)
      1 tablespoon honey
      2 teaspoons vegetable oil
      1/8 teaspoon onion powder
      1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper


    Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well with a wire whisk. Yield: 1/4 cup.
