Ingredients

1 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. diet 7-Up
8 oz. FF Cream Cheese
1 box SF/FF Lemon Jell-o
1 tub FF Cool Whip
1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/3 c. chopped pecans

Place mini marshmallows, cream cheese and diet 7-Up in a small saucepan heat until marshmallows and cream cheese melt.
Remove from heat and set aside.

Add SF/FF Lemon Jell-O and stir until dissolved, Add crushed pineapple. Allow to chill until slightly thickened.

Add FF Cool Whip and chopped pecans. Continue to chill until ready to serve.
