Red Potato Salad 3

    Servings:10 / Units per serving=3


    Ingredients

      3 lbs red potatoes
      2 tsp table salt
      1/4 C olive oil
      1/2 C vinegar
      2 tsp sugar
      1/3 C dill
      1 T Dijon mustard


    Wash potatoes cut into chunk & Boil until fork tender, remove from heat and drain.. Combine remaining ingredients pour over potatoes. Serve warm or chilled.
