Cheese Sauce

    Servings: 2 / Units Per Serving= 2


    Ingredients

      2 oz FF cream cheese
      2 oz FF Shredded Cheddar Cheese
      2 Tbsp FF sour cream
      1 T Molly McButter Cheese
      1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
      1/8 tsp table salt


    Melt cream cheese in microwave or over very low heat on stove top till stirable. Stir in shredded cheddar and heat again. Thin to desired consistency with sour cream. Add Molly McCheese, salt and pepper to taste.

    Adaptable for most anything, veggies, mac and cheese etc..
