Chocolate Sauce

    Ingredients

      1-1/2 cups cocoa powder
      1-1/2 cups granular Splenda
      1/2 tsp. salt
      1-3/4 cups hot water
      1 Tbsp. vanilla extract


    Mix cocoa, Splenda & salt in saucepan. Gradually stir in hot water, making a paste & adding more water slowly until all water is incorporated into paste.

    Cook on med-hi heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla.

    Store in glass jar (with lid) in fridge. Use 1 Tbsp. per serving - makes 40 servings.
