Raspberry Sauce

    Ingredients

      1 pint fresh raspberries
      2 tsp. honey
      2 tsp. lemon juice
      2 tsp. orange flavored liquer


    Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover and blend until smooth. Strain in fine mexh strainer to remove seeds, if desired. Cover and refrigerate until serving time, or serve warm. Can be served over fat free pound, cake, angel food cake or frozen yogurt. Makes about 3/4 cup. Nutrient data per Tablespoon.
