1 15-oz can 100% pumpkin (not pie mix)
2 tsp chicken or vegetable stock
3 C water
1 C skim milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar (optional)
1 T flour
1 head (approx. 4 C) cauliflower, finely chopped (optional)
Chop cauliflower very small; Steam until soft , Mix all other ingredients in a large pan
Add cauliflower Heat until bubbly The longer it sits the thicker and better it gets !
