Pumpkin Soup

    Servings: 4 / Units per serving=1


      15 oz canned pumpkin
      1 small onion(s)
      15 oz FF chicken broth
      1 C 1% LF milk
      1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
      1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
      1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

    Saute onions in oil until soft. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Puree with a hand blender or in a blender or food processor in batches.
