Tomato Spinach Soup

    Ingredients

      10 oz baby spinach/washed
      2 carrots/chopped
      2 celery stalks/chopped
      1 lg onion/chopped
      1 garlic clove/minced
      4 C LS vegetable broth
      28 oz diced tomatoes
      2 bay leaves
      1 T dried basil
      1 tsp dried oregano
      1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes


    Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook on High 5 hours.
