Tortellini Soup 2
1 cup serving=2 Units
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
29 oz. FF chicken broth
4 oz. frozen cheese tortellini, W/O sauce
4 1/2 oz chopped frozen spinach, thawed
14 1/2 oz.can stewed tomatoes, undrained
Brown garlic in a large saucepan coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat, about 1 minute.
Add broth and tortellini; cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered, about 5 minutes.
Add spinach and tomatoes and simmer uncovered, 5 minutes.
