Velveeta Broccoli Soup

    Yield:6 cups/ 1 Unit per cup


      2 c. finely chopped broccoli
      2 cans of chicken broth
      1 garlic clove, minced
      1 can diced tomatoes w/juice
      1/2 small can green chilis
      6 oz of the Velveeta light, cubed

    Cook broccoli until tender, drain. Add broth, garlic, tomatoes and chilies. Bring to a simmer. Lower temperature and add Velveeta.
