Wendy's Chili

    Servings: 16 / Units per serving=2


    Ingredients

      29 oz can tomato sauce
      29 oz can kidney beans
      29 oz can pinto beans
      1 med onion
      1/2 C green pepper
      1/4 C celery
      3 med tomato
      2 tsp ground cumin
      1 1/2 tsp black pepper
      2 C water
      1 lb 95% lean ground beef


    Brown beef in skillet, drain off fat, Crumble into pea size pieces. In a large pot, combine meat and all remaining ingredients and bring to simmer. Cook stirring every 15 minutes for 2-3 hours.
