    Units would be for amount of bread crumbs used

    Ingredients

      Zucchini, Julienne sticks
      Yellow Squash, Julienne sticks
      Large mushrooms, quartered
      Red Pepper, Cut into rings
      Cauliflower
      Egg whites
      Italian bread Crumbs/ shake in bake


    Dip Veggies in egg whites, Coat evenly...Put veggies in zip lock bag with Italian flavored bread crumbs or Shake-n-Bake, shake until evenly coated.

    Spray cookie sheet with Pam lay veggies on sheet not touching.

    Bake at 450 for 12-15 minutes.
