Ingredients
2 1/4 lbs broccoli
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 C finely chopped green onions
1/2 tsp dried tarragon
1/2 tsp dry mustard
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 T red wine vinegar
2 T water
1 T Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Wash broccoli, cut into spears. . Cover and steam 6 minutes or until crisp-tender.. Place in serving bowl, keep warm.
Heat oil in saucepan over medium heat. Add green onions and next 3 ingredients, sauté 3 minutes
. Remove from heat; add vinegar and remaining 4 ingredients, stirring with a wire whisk until blended. Drizzle over broccoli, tossing gently to coat.
