Cheesy Potatoes

    Servings: 8 / Units per serving=3


    Ingredients

      12 oz RF Velveeta Cheese
      1 lb hash brown potatoes (small cubes)
      1/4 tsp ground pepper
      1/8 tsp dry mustard
      1/4 tsp garlic powder
      1/4 to 1/2 C- 1% milk


    Cut cheese into 1 inch cubes, melt in saucepan with 1/4 cup milk. If sauce is too thick, add a little more milk. Place potatoes in baking dish, pour cheese sauce and spices over potatoes, mix well.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
