Ingredients
3/4 C skim milk
1 T flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper
24 oz potatoes, peeled/ thinly sliced
2 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Combine milk, flour, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
Spray 1 1/2 qt casserole dish, place half the potatoes in casserole dish. Top with half the sauce. Repeat layers.
Bake covered at 350 for 65 minutes or until potatoes are tender..
Remove from oven sprinkle cheese over top.. Cover and let stand 1-2 minutes to allow cheese to melt.
