Orange Ginger Green Beans

    Ingredients

      1 lb green beans
      1 T trans-free margarine
      1/2 C chopped shallots
      1 T fresh ginger, finely chopped
      1/2 tsp grated orange peel


    Bring water to a boil; add green beans and simmer 5 minutes or until beans are tender. Drain and remove beans. In the same pan over low heat, melt margarine. Add shallots and ginger, saute for 5 minutes, or until shallots are tender. Add green beans and orange peel toss to combine.
