Ginger Honey Carrots

    Ingredients

      4 C carrots, sliced
      1 T ginger, grated
      1 clove garlic, minced
      1/4 C honey
      1 T butter
      2 1/2 T water
      1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
      pepper to taste


    Combine all ingredients Cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes until carrots are tender, add more water if necessary.
