Salsa

    Servings: 24 / Serving Size: 1 ounce


    Ingredients

      3 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
      1 medium onion, chopped
      3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
      1 medium jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
      2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
      2 tablespoons lime juice
      1/2 teaspoon salt


        Recipe as written was a bit bland but tastey, I added Green Bell Pepper, extra Garlic, Red Pepper Flakes, more Salt and Pepper, I didn't have Cilantro on hand and used fresh Basil in it's place...Just the kick this recipe needed. Very Good !!

    Mix all ingredients together, cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
