10 1/2 oz can 98% FF cream of mushroom soup
1 C skim milk
24 oz thinly sliced potatoes
Spray 2 qt baking dish with nonstick spray. Layer potatoes in dish. Whisk together soup and milk, pour over potatoes. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake 20-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
