Scalloped Potatoes

    Ingredients

      2 Lg Potatoes
      2 Onions, thinly sliced
      1/4 C minced Parsley
      3 T Flour
      1/4 tsp Pepper
      2 C Skim Milk
      1/3 C Grated LF Cheddar Cheese


    Preheat Oven to 350. Spray 10 X 6 baking pan with cooking spray. Arrange potatoes and onions in bottom of pan. Sprinkle with parsley and flour. Repeat the layer. Sprinkle with pepper.

    Pour Milk over the top and Sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes
