Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
1 1/4 lb lean ground beef/turkey
8 small green pepper(s)
20 oz canned tomato sauce
3/4 cup cooked white rice
1/4 cup Egg Beaters Egg Beaters
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 clove garlic clove(s)
1/4 cup zucchini
1/4 cup carrot(s)
1 Tbsp ground basil
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1/2 envelope onion soup, dry mix
Cut tops off peppers, seed and rinse. Mix all other ingredients except tomato sauce. Stuff peppers. Stand in crock pot, pour tomato sauce over top, sprinkle in salt, pepper, a clove of garlic, chopped, parsley and basil. Cook on medium 6 hours.
