Zucchini Casserole

    Ingredients

      3 sm zucchini, thinly sliced
      salt, pepper, garlic powder, to taste
      3 T basil, fresh
      1/2 C canned tomato sauce
      6 sm tomatoes, thinly sliced
      3 T grated Parmesan cheese


    Preheat oven to 400. Cover bottom of a 9" pie plate with a layer of zucchini. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil, and tomato sauce. Repeat (2 )more layers. Last layer is the tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake uncovered 20 minutes. Cover and cook 10 minutes more. Cut into 4 servings.
