 One Serving of Calcium = 25% or more of the RDA (check the label), 
 or 1 cup milk, 8 oz yogurt, 1 ½ - 2 oz natural cheese or 2 oz processed cheese
 
 
ACTIVITY POINTS (AP) 
Basically you earn extra points for exercise, these pts are based on your current weight, level of intensity and duration, and these points can be exchanged for food or banked.
