To Cut, Copy and Paste the Email Sigs all you have to do is...

Go down to where the codes are (all my sigs have a scroll box at the bottom of each sig with the codes in).

Put your Cursor inside the Scroll Box.

Hold Down the Cmd Key and Hit the A Key (while still holding the Cmd Key Down), that will highlight all of the codes.

Hold Down the Cmd Key and Hit the X Key (while still holding the Cmd Key Down), that will cut or copy the codes.

Go to Mail List.

Click on Settings.

Click on Signature.

Make sure your Cursor is at the very left hand side of the box.

Hold Down the Cmd Key and Hit the V Key (while still Holding Down the Cmd Key), that will paste the codes that you have cut or copied.

Click on Done.


*Note* Just make sure to Hold the Cmd Key Down and Briefly Hit the other keys.
If you hold the other keys down it will keep on copying or pasting.





To delete one sig to put another one in your signature box just...

Go to your Signature Box.

Put the Cursor inside the Box.

Hold Down the Cmd Key and Hit the A Key.

Hold Down the Cmd Key and Hit the X Key.

Click on Done.
