There is a song out there that says, "I was country before country was cool",--- well, the Gypsy Fortune Teller was a hobo before being a hobo was cool.
Check out the head gear on this one, and imagine yourself setting at a makeshift table along side her wagon, always parked out at the edge of the camp circle, having your fortune told.
She is carved on a VG 1935 buffalo nickel that is signed on the reverse with my usual G hanging J mark. The field is very smooth and the detail is crisp and clean. This has lots of eye appeal and I am sure you would be pleased to have it in your higher grade hobo collection.
Happy collecting and thanks for looking,
