Aquarius Text
 | Aquarius-combines the restlessness of Sagittarius with the intellect of a Gemini and the egalitarian tendencies of Libra to be a sign concerned about the nature of humanity as a whole. Aquarians like Sagittarius views a far horizon that's better than the present, but isn't so much in love with the journey they forget the destination-the ultimate destination. That's a world where people are all friends, where the only barriers are those of the mind. Aquarius sees the abstaction behind all of the things that we label ourselves as-race, religion, politics, class. To Aquarius they are just the clothes we wear-and just as significant.
This is referred to as the "subjective bond between people". At Aquarius's best, they can be inspirational, filled with the desire to serve self-lessly, using lessons learned in the fight for justice. But when progress is slow, Aquarius can sink into deep depression and self-doubt. Aquarius at this time needs to remember that people need time to catch up to him/her and sometimes people have very good reasons for not readily letting go things that to Aquarius seem outmoded and no longer necessary. The more mundane Aquarius can be an eccentric for the hell of it, not distinguishing between mere oddity and being a true pioneer and rebel. | | "Come when the rains Have glazed the snow and clothed the trees with ice, While the Slantsun of Feburary pours into the bowers a flood of light. Approach! the incrusted surface shall upbear thy steps and the broac arching portals of the grove Welcome thy entering-"William Cullen Bryant |
