What I find facinating about this chart is the complete Aquarius/Pisces stellium occuring here. The combined 10/11th house aspects suggest that it is definitely of the people, and with Chiron here too, about the people's healing. But I still find it hard to read at the moment, so if other people can read it better, so be it!
There is no fire at all in this chart...usually when an element is missing, you can find it on the angles. Not in the angles do you find Aries, Sagittarius, or Leo. More than likely the inauguration will get the fire during the Inaugural Speech when the moon enters Sagittarius. Until then, the Scorpio Moon in the Seventh indicates some secretive hijinks with adversaries-perhaps Cheney pitches a hissy fit at the last minute?

“I think the world will breathe a sigh of relief. We will be able to stand before the world and say: ‘We are back. America is ready to lead,’ ” he told the crowd of 1,500 at Conway’s Kennett High School, where he was greeted with a two-minute ovation. “Now, we want to lead working with you, by example, on dealing with nuclear proliferation. We want to lead in ending the genocide in Darfur. We want to lead with you on dealing with the AIDS crisis and building schools.” – Concord Monitor, May 28, 2007 (Barack Obama)
