| When I think of Taurus, the image of the farmer in overalls comes too me. Taurus is considered earthy-fixed earth, the sign of pottery and brick and stone. Taurus approaches life as needing to be contained and ordered and grounded, like the brick, like the pot.
In Alice Bailey, Taurus is the sign of the will. In an unevolved person, this is simply stubborness. In an evolved person, it can be the force to achieve a goal despite obstacles. In a devolving person, it's the will to power-over everyone despite their wishes. |
