(FUNERAL HOME)




There is a manilla envelope in a plastic bag with my name on it in the box under the table in the living room.

In that envelope are all the necessary papers that you should need.

Arrangements have been made.

The cremation and all other charges have been paid (receipt in the manilla envelope) to Blessings Cremation Center. Only thing remaining should be the charge to mail the urn to Barbara Lacomis.

I have sent a letter to Blessings instructing them to ship the urn to Barbara Lacomis.

Pay for shipping from the cash in the estate.

There is no viewing before cremation.

MEMORIAL SERVICE



No memorial services in Ohio.

Memorial service will be in Connecticut and arranged by Elizabeth Mc Cauley.


MISCELLANEOUS



To open the box in the living room located under the table near the window turn key, push down on lid, and while doing that push up the latch under the lid above the key. Box contains gold and cash.

Copies of the living will are in the manilla envelope in the box.

There is a box in the chest freezer containing gold and cash.

keys for both boxes are located tapes begind the dresser in the bedroom.
