* Hoods, grease removal devices, Fans, Duct, and other appurtenances shall be cleaned to bare metal
at frequent intervals prior to the surfaces becoming heavily contaminated with grease or oily sludge.
After system is cleaned to the bare metal it shall not be coated with powder or substance.

The system shall be inspected at least every six months.
