As per my phone message on 9/7/00 regarding the above matter, I am requesting a waiver of the required credits for my daugter, Leah Imperial, a sophmore, to qualify for a parking permit for the following reasons :

• Leah has assumed the job of bookeeper for our family bussiness.
  
• It is necessary for Leah to commute the one hour drive at least twice a week.
  
• My wife formally shared the bookeeping with Leah. This situation developed very recently as my wife and I have just seperated.
