As per our phone conversation regarding a new commercial mortgage loan, I have enclosed the following:

• Updated personal Financial statement.
  
• Updated Financial Statement for Bobwill Realty.
  
• Copies of personal and Bobwill Realty tax returns for past three years.
  
• Copy of Letter of Inapplicability of ISRA from the DEP regarding this property..
  
• A copy of the original application to the DEP with attached addendum containing the history of previous owners and detail of operations since December 31, 1983.
  
• Copy of Insurance Policy.
  
• Copies of all leases and lease assignments.
  

As we discussed, I am seeking a new commercial mortgage for the purpose of paying off the exsisting mortgage in the amount of $ 270,000.00. The terms we discussed were for fifteen year payout with the first ten years fixed at 9.25%.
