Thank you for your patience. I apologize for the delay in furnshing the documentation that you requested in your letter dated February 6, 2006. I did have personal matters that caused this delay and hope you will understand. As per your request, I have enclosed herewith:

• A complete copy of the Lease between Imperial Realty partnership, L.L.P. and George Fitchina, the tenant.
  
  
• The wood burning stove was installed by the tenant, George Fitchina, without knowledge or permision. We do not allow the installation of any woodburning or any other type of heating devise other than the main oil fired hot air furnace. He has been told to remove the stove.
  
  
  

I am now in the process of obtaining detailed estimates addressing the cost of repairs, however, I believe this may take longer then the (30) day deadline you advised me in your letter of March 20,2006. I am requesting a reasonable extension of time for this purpose and I will follow through expeditiously.
