As per our phone conversation, I have enclosed two (2) copies of the Rental Agreement. Please review. Sign and date page four (4) of the Rental Agreement, and return one signed copy to me in one of the return envelopes provided.

Please enclose your security check in the amount of $ 1027.50 payable to William Imperial along with the above. Your security will be on deposit in an interest bearing account as named in the rental agreement.
