As per our conversation, I have enclosed two (2) copies of the Rental Agreement. Please review. Sign and date page four (4) of the Rental Agreement, and return one signed copy to me in the return envelope provided.

Please enclose your rent check in the amount of $ 625.00 for 09/15 to 10/01 along with a seperate check for the balance of the security deposit in the amount of $ 1375.00 payable to William Imperial with the signed Rental Agreement. Your total security ( $1,875.00 ) will be on deposit in an interest bearing account as named in the rental agreement.
