• Updated personal Financial statement.
  
• Updated Financial Statement for Bobwill Realty.
  
• Copies of personal and Bobwill Realty tax returns for past three years.
  
• Copy of Letter of Inapplicability of ISRA from the DEP regarding this property..
  
• A copy of the original application to the DEP with attached addendum containing the history of previous owners and detail of operations since December 31, 1983.
  
• Copy of Insurance Policy.
  
• Copies of all leases and lease assignments.
  

I am seeking to recast the present mortgage balance of $ 270,000 with the same terms, fifteen years at 9.50% for the first five years etc.
