Dear Christopher:


Please be advised that I am in receipt of a NOTICE OF VIOLATION dated March 17, 2009 from Christoher Pett of the Randolph Townhip Heath Department regarding the garbage situation on Clayton Lane. You are in violation of your Rental Agreement and Randolph Towship Health ordinances. I have spoken to both you and the cosigner, Dean Jones on at Least six occasions since February and was assured by both you and Dean That This matter would be corrected. To Date the situation has only gotten worse with winds spreading garbage and assorted debris down Clayton Lane and into the woods.I have attempted to contact you on a number of other occasions in February and March via messages left on both your cell phones.

If you would like to remain a tenant, you must correct these violations ASAP and Maintain the garbage area, house and grounds surounding your house in a NEAT AND SANITARY CODITION AT ALL TIMES. The Randolph Dept of Health and Code Enforcement has advised that your failer to completely abate the violations will result in further legal action, which may include, but not be neccessarily limited to, fines, summonses and or liens.

Please be advised that unless all of above violations are corrected within ten (10) days, I will take the approprate steps to TERMINATE YOUR TENANCY.
