Please be advised that I have attempted to contact you on twelve occasions via messages left on both your home phone number and the cell phone number you have used belonging to your freind Matt of Liberty Pride whom you are currently working with. To date I have not received a return call or any further payments toward the rent as you had promised on 5/22/07.

As per the attached late notce your rent is now in arrears in the amount of $ 2635.00. As you know you have had a balance averaging over $ 2000.00 for over two years and I can no longer afford to support your tenancy.

If you would like to remain a tenant you must pay the entire back rent this month or start a strict repayment schedual of no less than $ 400.00 per week, every week, until the back rent is paid up in full and your rent is current.

In addition, as you are aware, the " SAND PIT ", located next door to your premises is not included in the rent and can only be used with the landlords' permission and at his sole descretion. I have permitted you to use this area to park your dump truck and driveway sealing machine. You were permited this use as long as your rent remained current. In addition I note that the sand pit area now has dump trucks and other eqipment registered to other people or businesses as well as very large tree trunks, dirt piles, road rubble, and piles of assorted junk.

Please be advised that unless all of above are corrected or if you do not contact me as soon as possible to commit to a payment schedual, I will take the approprate steps to terminate your tenancy.
