IMPORTANT NOTICE:

AS PER YOUR LEASE AGREEMENT, ALL PAYMENTS ARE APPLIED TO THE RENT FIRST AND THE UTILITIES SECOND, THEREFORE PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOUR WATER UTILITY WILL BE TERMINATED (TURNED OFF) AS OF FEBRUARY 1, 2009 IF BOTH THE RENT AND PAST DUE WATER BILL HAVE NOT BEEN PAID IN FULL AS OF THAT DATE. IN ADDITION, A FEE OF $ 75.00 CASH ONLY WILL BE REQUIRED UP FRONT TO BE PAID TO THE PERSON SENT TO TURN THE WATER UTILITY BACK ON AFTER THE PAST DUE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN PAID.
