If your account is still delinquent after five (5) days from the date of this notice, we will take appropriate steps to terminate your tenancy.

I have enclosed a hilited copy of the 31st paragraph of the lease agreement with reference to the security deposit along with a copy of the 41st paragraph with reference to the amount of rent.
