As per our phone conversation, I have enclosed a copy of the Rental Agreement for your review along with a standard Rental Application. Please fill out the Rental Application and return it to me in the return envelope provided.

The rent for the premises will be $ 720.00 per month. The security amount is $ 1080.00. Both the security and the first months rent must be paid upon signing the rental agreement.

With regard to the security now being held for the present tenant, Mark Ferrara, I will not be able to switch it to your name as I must return his security directly to him. Therefore you will send the full security amount of $ 1080.00 directly to me.
