Dear Joseph and Charnette:


As per my recent telephone conversation with Charnette. I am in the process of having a separate water meter installed so that the cost will be more equitably distributed between your cleaning business and the business occupying the front portion of the building. It has come to my attention that you are not furnishing your own hot water and are hooked up to the hot water heater that furnishes the business in the front portion of the building. I am sure that you were not aware of this, however, this must be corrected as soon as possible as your lease provides that you are responsible for your own utilities. In addition I am not able to have a separate water meter installed until this done. Please have a separate hot water heater installed in your section attached to your plumbing and electric as soon as possible.

I also remind you again for the Fourth (4th) time to have the chemical containers in the garbage area properly removed in accordence with state regulations A.S.A.P.

Thank you for your recent check covering your share of the garbage removal. In the future please include the monthly amount for garbage removal, $ 22.50, with your monthly rent check. Again as per our recent conversation and as provided in you lease, the rent is due on the First ( 1st. ) day of each month and is sbuject to a late fee of $ 50.00 if received after the Tenth ( 10th ) of the month. The late fee becomes due and owing as additional rent and must be paid promtly.
