As per our conversation, I have enclosed two (2) copies of the Rental Agreement. Please review. Sign and date page four (4) of the Rental Agreement, and return one signed copy to me in the return envelope provided.

Please enclose your check for the balance of the security deposit in the amount of $ 520.00 payable to William Imperial with the signed Rental Agreement. Your total security ( $1,020.00 ) will be on deposit in an interest bearing account as named in the rental agreement.

It is important that the utilities, electric, phone, cable, and fuel oil be set up in your name as of the first of October or ASAP.
