URGENT NOTICE: YOU MUST CALL AND ASSUME THE ELECTRIC BILL ASAP. YOU MUST ALSO BUY OIL FOR THE FURNACE ASAP AS PER YOUR LEASE. YOU ARE RESPONCIBLE TO PAY FOR YOUR UTILITIES AND MAKE CERTAIN THAT THE PIPES DO NOT FREEZE. IF YOU DO NOT COMPLY IMMEDIATLY, YOU MUST VACATE THE PREMISSES.
